Welcome to Serenissima Designs and thank you for taking the time to read my policies. All the jewellery you will see in this shop is designed and carefully handmade by me in my studio. I use the best materials I can find, including beautiful semi precious stones, Venetian and Czech glass, ceramics, pearls, shells and other natural materials. All my jewellery pieces are 'one of a kind' and you can be sure that when you purchase an item it will be unique to you.

Payment

I accept payment by PayPal only. PayPal is a secure method of payment .You can use a credit or debt card and you do not need to have a PayPal account, just follow the instructions when you add your item to the shopping cart.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of your payment. All orders within the UK will be sent by First Class Royal Mail. Orders to Europe and the Rest of the World will be shipped by Airmail and depending on your location, delivery should be within 2 to 3 weeks. Your order will be placed in a velvet lined Serenissima gift box, enclosed within a padded envelope.

All orders will be carefully packaged and any damages or losses while your order is in transit are beyond my control and therefore I can take no responsibility for them. If you require insurance for your order, please contact me and I will find out the cost and let you know before shipping. The customer is responsible for any customs duties.

Please make sure that the shipping address on your PayPal and Etsy accounts is up to date.
